Check at these AWESOME products!!!!!!
Got some great new goodies to look extra good on the bike J J .
Check at these stunning Catlike glasses an accessory one must have!! I am very happy to be riding with the Catlike brand as a sponsor; their products are top notch and will never fail one.
Of course one must wear the right protection to get through the ride or else? You can ask Johann Wykerd what happens when you don’t wear gloves on a ride; it doesn’t end on a good note J haha. So do yourself a favour and go grab some Gripp gloves.
A big thank you goes to Ester Erdelyi for these awesome business cards, makes me feel very special having BMC on my business card. Will definitely be using them and handing them out to people who wish to contact me J Thank you very much.
Awesome products I’ve got here and I’m very keen to try them out and start the season. I am looking forward to next weekend at Barberton.

KZN 8 hour endurance race!!!!
Great start to the season, with the KZN 8 hour endurance race at Cascades. Nick Floros did some amazing track building making the track so enjoyable, truly was a great race. I had a fantastic team with Ester Erdelyi and Simone Vosloo who rode their best out there today, as we were able to take the win.
It was good to see everyone again back on their bikes getting ready for the season ahead. Also to give your legs a bit if a test run was really great. The fun bit is what made the race, taking all those penalties was a hoot. So a big thank you goes to all the organizes you guys truly did a superb job, thumbs up all around.
Looks like this year a head is going to be a very exciting one, as there’s new teams appearing and people riding for different sponsors. I’m very proud to be riding on the BMC team. As one could see today we will be providing some impressive results. It’s going to be a good year for all who ride bicycles J I can’t wait!!

Going to be an exciting 2012 year!!!!
Sorry this post is a bit late but better late than never :)
I had a tremendously good 2011 year. Where I was able to achieve goals and dreams and set new ones half way through the year. To achieve these goals took a lot of hard work, especially as I was doing matric in the same time. But it was all worth it at the end! I was able to get to this level not only through hard training but all the support I was given, from my family (especially my parents), my coach Johann Wykerd and all my friends. It truly gives one that extra bit of will power to take on the last bit of pain, knowing you have all those people behind you believing in you. It makes that result more special and knowing you deserved it is a higher result. So thank you to those who supported me and believed in me, I can’t wait to take on 2012!!! Tnx
Of course the BMC fourstroke was the bike to have, as you magical flowed through hectic technical sections ready to take on any obstacle in the way. I am very excited to be riding for BMC this year and to be on an amazing piece of machinery. I cannot wait to see what this brings. BMC-SA has got a good strong team this year and I’m very proud to be part of the team for 2012, it’s going to be a great year.
To start off this year I will be participating in the MTN Barberton Marathon race on the 28th January in Mpumalanga. It will be my first 75km race in the new U23 age category. Which is going to be pretty exciting and nervous at the same time but I’m looking forward to take on the challenge. As base training has been going well and I’m excited to begin the season.
Bring on 2012!!! Let’s start this very exciting journey!!!

Great weekend in the Kamberg!!
Went to the Kamberg for the weekend with the family. Turned out to be a exciting time with riding, tubbing, fishing and doing fun activities together. The riding there is really great through the mountains, exploring a different part of the world and scenery. I found it to be benefical training as one was riding in high altitude, as well as the hills we climb were worth it as one saw the magnificant view of the Kamberg.
Good way to start the new year!
